Overall, not too bad. Bright orange is nice so you can easily find it if you set it down somewhere. Adequate size and storage capabilities. My two complaints are: 1) the calculator portion is pretty fragile, and broke very easily and 2) the clipboard is difficult to get open. You have to use two hands to pull it open after unclipping it.
